Unlimited Use Policy
Learner 2 Driver Academy offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining large ratios of bandwidth per client. However, where a client is found to be using server resources to such an extent that they may jeopardise server performance for other clients, then at the discretion of Learner 2 Driver academy, we reserve the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all Learner 2 Driver Academy clients.
All accounts are on a pre-pay basis. Although Learner 2 Driver Academy reserves the right to change its tariff for accounts and services at any time, all pricing is set for the period of payment. Payments for all lessons, courses, packages and other services provided by Learner 2 Driver Academy are to be paid in full, 48-72 hours in advance. Clients will be sent an invoice (via email/PDF invoice) which can be paid via cash, visa debit, Mastercard, Paypal, and Bacs. As confirmation of payment, you will be sent an electronic receipt (via email/PDF invoice).
Where a debit/credit card number is declined, Learner 2 Driver Academy will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. Learner 2 Driver Academy reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. Any non-payment of a recurring invoice may be subject to a £25 administration charge. The client is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time the client cancels the agreement in writing.
A valid debit/credit card and e-mail address must be registered to your account at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your account.
All bills and invoices relating to any Learner 2 Driver Academy account will be sent directly to its clients via email/pdf and can be printed off at any time. All order confirmations, invoices, and requests for information will be sent directly to the client’s registered e-mail address after the purchase has been made.
Learner 2 Driver Academy accept the following payment methods through our websites payment system: Visa Debit, Mastercard, Paypal, and Bacs.
Learner 2 Driver Academy does not accept cheques as a method of payment. Cash payments should be made as an alternative method of payment
All cash payments made must be in UK sterling only.
While your e-mail is primarily used for billing purposes, Learner 2 Driver Academy reserve the right to e-mail you information regarding enhancements to our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications from any e-mail communication from the Learner 2 Driver Academy website at any time.
We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission. However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties such as our affiliates or others Learner 2 Driver Academy may use for purposes of delivering specific services to you. (e.g., Automatic driving lessons)
Cancellations and Refunds
Learner 2 Driver Academy reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event, clients will be entitled to a refund. If a client contravenes Learner 2 Driver Academy terms and conditions, no refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Clients may cancel their lessons at any time by giving at least 72 hours notice to Learner 2 Driver Academy. Clients wishing to withdraw from lessons, courses, and packages already paid for will not be entitled to a refund.
